Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products—including car fresheners, shirts, 3-D printed items, and home fragrance goods—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We also do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to properly read product descriptions. Because many of our items are handmade, custom, or scent-based, all purchases are considered final.

If you believe your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 of delivery with clear photos and your order number. While we do not accept returns, we will review the issue and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement or alternative resolution may be offered. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
