Shipping policy
We process and ship orders in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and whether items are handmade or custom, but we aim to ship all orders within 10 business days]. Shipping timelines listed at checkout refer to the carrier’s estimated delivery time and do not include our processing time. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded, replaced, or reshipped at our expense. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Tracking information will be provided when available, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their shipment. We are not liable for weather-related delays, carrier errors, customs issues, or any circumstances outside our control. Some products—such as home fragrance items—may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit; by placing an order, the customer acknowledges this risk. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 with photos so we can review the issue.
